Miserable!

I just need to share without judgement, I feel soo miserable! I'm constantly nauseated, vomit every second day, I'm constantly exhausted that I can't do much more than go to work then go home and lie down. It's really starting to get to me, it's taking away all the excitement of pregnancy. I'm really hoping that I'm not alone in feeling like this! Im 9w3d and praying that I feel better in second trimester!

Re: Miserable!

  • I can sympathize with you somewhat...my friend was severely sick until week 14 but she could NOT make it through a day of work. She was either at home or in the ER. She and baby are doing great tho now. Take it easy and rest when your body tells you to! Hopefully only 3 more weeks til things get better!

  • I'm just a few days ahead of you at 10 weeks and I feel the same way. My doc keeps telling me it will get better soon and finally prescribed me an anti nausea scrip for days when the vomiting gets to be too much. Hang in there it's going to get better soon!
  • Yep, I am about the same! I am tired and nauseated all day long, and once I hit 10 weeks I started throwing up every day as well. It's miserable isn't it? I am ready to start feeling better myself so I can actually get things done! I miss working out and just going out at night and doing stuff. We will both pray that it eases up soon :)

  • I feel your pain. I have been sick since the minute I missed my period and currently I am 9w 2d. I haven't thrown up since I received anti nausea Meds. I feel somewhat normal most of the day, but evenings are rough. Hang in there!
  • I'm with you 100%. I'm 11 weeks today and just blah. Counting down the days until I feel like a human again. Hang in there!

  • Thanks for replying ladies, makes me feel not so alone!
  • Have you talked to your dr about possibly getting on zofran? Even if it helps just a little it would be worth it. You don't have to take it constantly either, so if you're feeling better you can skip a dose and take it later if you feel sick again.

  • I'm taking zofran daily, but it's still not enough! The exhaustion is harder than the nausea
