Blood work + upset baby =

Stressed out, crying mom. Ugh. Miles had to get some blood work today and he is at the age now where they don't just do a finger prick, but an actual draw. My poor guy was kicking and screaming before she even got the needle out...he knew something was going down. It took three of us to accomplish the task, as Miles is as strong as an ox, but they got the vein the first time and got it done quickly. He got some stickers and mommy had her secret weapon, a lollipop, in the diaper bag. He was fine by the time we walked back through the waiting room. He's a trooper.

 I would be a sobbing mess and they would have to have about 6 people to hold my kid down! You can't even take her ear temp without a major fit. sigh...
