Full name for Miri?

Pardon me, I'm mobile.

DH and I really like the name Miri. However, he doesn't think it's a stand alone name and dislikes the options I know of for full names to go with it.
I have Mirabel, which is my favorite, Miriam, and Mira. DH brought up Moira with I think is beautiful on paper, but awkward to say. WDYT? Suggestions? Can Miri be a stand alone name? I feel like it can be.

Miri can stand alone but people confuse it with Mary. If you want to use a longer name I vote for Miriam.

To me it sounds like a NN. What about Miranda? It's along the same lines as Mira.

Oh! YES PP! Miranda is off as well. For personal reasons, it gives us a bad taste in our mouths.

Most people would probably pronoune "Maura" "more-ah" so that it rhymes with "Laura".  Moira would be pronounceed "Moy-ra." It's a subtle difference.

OP I love Miriam and it was the first name I though of.

I like Miriam or Mirabel. Miriam makes me think of that Norah Jones song... Which I really like but is creepy But it really is a pretty name.

I actually have a friend named Mirie so this name ages well in my opinion.  I met her in high school and am still friends with her so this is definitely a stand alone, adult name in my opinion.
