Any that I can pay online without a fee, I do. My gas and water bills and DH's car payment charge a few dollars to make an online or telephone payment which I find so ridiculous, so those I mail out.

I live by online bill pay. With the exception of: Daycare (In person-check), Rent (in person-check) and if it's on the due date when I pay then I'll do it in person or over the phone.

I have a friend that doesn't do any online bank transfers though! I was baffled when she told me this, I didn't know companies still accepted checks! Don't know how she does it.

This. My water bill and gas bill charge $2.50 each to pay online. It is cheaper to send the check with a stamp. Everything else is online.
