I machine dry mine for 40 minutes on low and let air dry the rest of the way. I've heard of using a toothpick in between the layers to separate them for faster air drying.
Suddenly my life doesn't seem such a waste,
It all revolves around you.
I line dry and separate all the layers when I drape it over the rack. They dry in about 24 hours that way for me, even less now in the winter with the heat on in the house.

this.
If I separate the layers as much as possible to not touch each other, it dries faster. I also moved our drying rack in front of a sunny window. Mine now dry in about a day and a half, instead of 2+ days when hung up straight with all the layers touching.
