What's for dinner ladies?  

For some reason I really have hated the idea of chicken this past week which is odd since we eat it at least twice a week.  But I've been doing every thing I can think of to avoid the same old bird this week. 

So tonight, I am cooking Stuffed Shells.  I usually use italian sausage but only had ground beef today but added a little left over spinach to the ricotta cheese and meat blend to stuff the shells with, and anything covered in gooey cheese can't be bad, right?

    Stuffed shells sounds delicious!! 

    We're being healthy tonight and I'm making salmon, a salad, and saut?ed green beans.

    I'm doing a PCOS friendly diet!  Whole Wheat Pasta with artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms and shrimp!  YUMMMM!

    2 things, I always put spinach in my pastas, so yummy that way! You make me want stuff shells now.

    I made smoked turkey ham, cabbage and navy bean soup with homemade Turkey avacado panini.

    I made turkey chili in the pressure cooker last night and cornbread so we're having leftovers and a salad I'll throw together.

    Stuffed shells sounds amazing! Might need to do that tomorrow night!

    Those stuffed shells sound delish!

    We're being lazy and going to get Mexican - my fave! Wednesday is special night, so we can usually get out of there for less than $20.

    DH had leftover ribeye from his birthday yesterday and I ate some leftover pasta - nothing too special.  Our pup did try to go on the counter to eat DH's birthday pie too...

    Rx: Metformin 500mg

    Cycle #1: Clomid 100mg + Ovidrel = No Response, Canceled
    Cycle #2: Clomid 150mg + Ovidrel = No Response, Canceled
    Cycle #3: Clomid 150mg + Follistim + Ovidrel = No response, Canceled

    Cycle #4: Femara 7.5mg + Gonal-f + Ovidrel + IUI = BFP!!!!

    I had a salad with crab meat and fat free ranch and a bottle of water. DH is having pinto beans with homeade corn bread.
