Update for me... TP welcome!!

Okay just a re-cap incase this is the first you have read...

Dec 14 got my first period after my mc took letrozole 2 pills cd 5-9. Had us Dec 31 (cd 18) showed one 12mm follicle and thinner lining than had hoped. Repeated us Jan 4 (cd 22) showed still thin lining and no eggs over 6mm. Doctor told me to take 3 pills letrozole starting on Jan 4 (cd 22) because since my mc and even the month prior my cycles have become 35-40 days so he said the medicine would prevent a period and there should be no issues taking meds mid cycle. Completed taking all meds Jan 8 (cd 26) and then on Jan 10 (cd 28) I got my period. I called the clinic they said that's not supposed to happen and said to keep my Jan 15 appointment to make sure all is well anyway.

So I went in yesterday period ended Monday (they have become 5 days now after my mc...) us showed 3 good follicles and great lining. So doc did blood work which showed hcg level undetectable and progesterone a 1.6. They did the trigger in office and said to get busy and that I will repeat progesterone Jan 22 and then do blood pregnancy two weeks after that... My concern that I voiced is getting my progesterone high enough to maintain the pregnancy (if it happens) and they said when I o from the trigger releasing the 3 follicles it should boost my progesterone level enough but they will let me know next week when it is done and the results.

My doctor also said if we don't get pregnant this month then he refuses any further treatments unless we do IUI or IVF... So we are going to have to wait and see how income tax goes otherwise this could be my last chance after nearly 4 years... So completely needing thoughts and prayers to make this miracle happen!!!!
