my parents live close to us, and want a stroller not so pricy. do thy need one with a bassinet? for when the baby is a newborn?

Can you just drop off the carseat with the baby and then get them a stroller they can just click it into?

The graco literider is pretty inexpensive and it will hold a graco infant seat. Chicco liteway reclines completely, but is a little more pricey.
