Numbness in my rightside

Ok, so I am not sure who to ask or what to do, but I just needed to ask some questions.

I am 10 weeks pregnant with twins. 

Last night I woke in the middle of night with numbness starting in my right hand working up to my shoulder then into my face, mouth, gums, and throat. Has this happened to anyone? Should I be alarmed? Do I need to call me doctor or should I wait and see what happens today? I am feeling pretty good right now, but I just don't know what to do.

Any advice? Thanks. :)

    I have pregnancy carpel tunnel in my left hand. I know the numbness can travel up to your shoulder. I've never heard of it traveling more than that. I think it warrants a call.

    Thank you. I think I knew deep down I should call, but I simply don't want to go to hospital and I feel like she might suggest that. It's just so hard taking care of yourself with two little ones. :/
