WW Wednesday

Hey All!

 It's that time again!

Starting weight:164

Last weeks weight: 162.6

This weeks weight: 159.2

Goal Weight:140 (pre Caleb weight)

Non Scale Victory: I've been doing really well w packing my lunch and bringing a ton of snacks to work so I don't get the really bad for you food in the hospital cafeteria. I buy huge bags of baby carrots and grapes and divide them up into snack bags

Tip of the week: Try new seasonings and herbs that don't have a ton of salt, like fresh cilantro, garlic, onion, basil. Learn to get flavor without fat or salt

    This weeks weight: 154 - Eh.  Oh well.

    Goal Weight:140

    Non Scale Victory: I went clothes shopping over the weekend to get a few things to revitalize my work wardrobe and because I'm wearing my pants cinched like an old man.   Solidly down a size from when I last shopped.  It was the first shopping trip in ages that I didn't hate my body.

    Non-scale goal: Get back on track!  I got really discouraged when I only lost 4 lbs in 2weeks with working out like crazy and watching what I ate. So back to the gym. 

    4 lbs in  2 weeks is exactly the type of weight loss you should be having.  As a matter of fact, it's fantastic!!!   That's the rate of weight loss that's healthy and means you're making lifestyle changes that can be sustained. 

    Please please please don't get discouraged or expect/plan/force huge drops each week.  Slow and steady really is the way you should go about this... and it's the way WW is intended to work.

    Non scale victory: I am pretty motivated this week! I started a biggest loser competition on fb last week and I'm teamed up with my SIL, so it's nice to have a buddy to hold you accountable. I've been staying on track with ww, and I have done 30 day shred the past 2 nights. It's been a good week overall!

    Non scale victory: I'm almost out of notches that are small enough on my belt. I legit have not been this size since MH and I started dating 5 years ago. Woot!

    Goal weight: 115

    Lost over 2 lbs this week. So excited!! And I just feel better eating so many fruits and veggies.

    Non scale victory: I wore a jacket that I haven't been able to zip up since i started showing last year.

    Goal this week: drink more water less take out on the weekends.

    Starting weight: 208 Last week: 205 Today: 199 I think this is a fluke because I can't imagine I lost 6 lbs in one week, but I LOVED not seeing a 2 at the beginning. I'm going to reweigh tomorrow morning. I'm pretty proud of myself because I've been eating a lot of fruit, I just need to get better with moments of weakness and snacking.

    This is true! Remember a loss is a loss! You're still on the downward trend!

    I am sooo mad. I have been doing the 30 Day Shred every damn day!! Tracking points cutting back on everything and all I lost was one mother effing pound! I know I shouldnt be mad because  the scale is going down and not up. But I am. This blows.

    .Hey Ness you should measure yourself.  If you are working out a ton you may be putting on muscle and since muscle weighs more then fat, it could be why you are not dropping.

    Good news the muscle will help burn fat faster so you may see bigger results in the next few weeks.  Anywho I bet if you went by measurements you would see a big difference and not get discouraged :) 

    BUT this is coming from someone who has accomplished nothing so take this with a grain of salt lol

    Non Scale Victory: I have started Jillian Micheals 30 Day Shred....now just to get better with eating properly!! I dont eat enough, and when I do, it's not always the best choices.
