Question about poop...

LO's, not mine. ;)

He is 15 weeks old and has always been EBF. 

Up until the last week or so, he has always has the kind of yogurty smelling poops and odorless gas, but all of a sudden, both are stinky. I have read that this can be a symptom of teething, and he is showing other signs, such as sucking on his hands constantly and drooling like crazy.

Anyone else notice anything like this? Just want to see if this warrants a call to the pedi or if it's just FTM neurosis.

    Yeah, probably just new cultures of bacteria growing in LO's guts - no need to call ped.
    Two boys already - ages 5 and 3...

    My little guys has started to smell worse over the past week and I figured it was this also.  Maybe the digestive system is maturing and going through some changes as they grow!
