Teething early?

Has anyone's Oct baby started teething early? LO is miserable and it doesn't seem like his previous growth spurts. Based on a number of things I'm questioning if he may have started teething early but I'm unsure so was hoping to draw on the collective wisdom if the group.

    Jovanni is teething! The last two days were horrible! But today was better. I just let him chew on my finger with one if those little rubber bumpy things. I also give him Hylands teething tablets when he gets really uncomfortable, love those!

    DD started teething around 3 months but never sprouted a tooth til 6 months.

    Small amounts of orajel, drop of Tylenol on the gums, cold wash rag with ice in it to chew on, cold teething toys, your finger or knuckle, or their fist work great for teething. I was never a fan if the hylands it did nothing for DD.

    We also think LO may be teething early. He has a lot of the symptoms. The director of our Day Care even said that she thinks he is teething. He drools a lot and always wants to have something in his mouth. He also has pink cheeks.
