Injectibles/trigger/follicle question

HI ladies. 

I haven't been on this board yet so I wanted to introduce myself. I have a little 2 year old boy and we are in the process of trying for #2. I hope this is the right board for me to ask these questions!! TIA 

 

I am on a cycle with clomid/injects and now its time to trigger. I have 3 follies, measuring 21-23. My Dr. was totally rushed so I didn't reallt have much time to catch what he said. We are doing TI instead of IUI.

 

Are all follicles going to be released with trigger? I am a little confused. Does this increase my chnace od twins/trips? 

 It's been a while so I am so sorry if this is a lame question!!

They should all release and yes, it does increase your chances of multiples.  Good luck!
