I went to the doctor today and the twins look good! The doctor did see the brown discharge but there was no fresh blood. He did seem slightly concerned, which still has me sick to my stomach, but I need to know that it is out of my control right now. He wants me to avoid exercise, heavy lifting and sex until my next appointment in 3 weeks.
But the good news is that there were two strong heartbeats. Grow little babies!!

try not to worry too much- if he doesn't want to see you again until your normal appt it sounds like R&R might do the trick.
Just try and stay positive and I know that's easier said then done.
