I had my Mirena removed on December 11th.  A couple days after that I had a period (or what resembled one anyways).  I have not had another one yet and the test is negative.  I have no clue if I have even ovulated b/c I'm not charting.  My question is, if I don't get a period and the tests still continue to be negative, how long should I wait to reach out to my OB?

My ob said 90 days.

I got mine out on Dec. 12th and had withdrawl bleeding 2-3 days later.  I just started my period yesterday.  I would give it the typical 60 days before calling your OB.
