There is a wine shortage in my house

This is a VERY bad thing as there was no whine shortage today.  DS is finally asleep and I want to drink.   The morning was fine. But afternoon was horrid.  It took me two hours to get DS down for his much needed afternoon nap.  He would start to drift off and then his eyes would fly open and he would pull his own hair until he woke up more.  2 HOURS.  He finally fell asleep and I opened the door to leave his room and the dog ran in and barked in his face.  That of course woke DS up and it was time for DD to get ready for dance so I gave up. I then had to listen to an overtired toddler and an overexcited little girl.  DD went to dance, I made dinner to the sound of sad tired little boy. 

DD decided that her favorite meal was no longer her favorite meal.  Refused to eat.  When she finally did eat she forced her self to throw up.  Both kids are in bed now and my blood pressure is back down from stroke levels. Hopefully tomorrow is a little better!

Good LORD, your day is 10k times harder than mine!  Damn!! Screw wine, what about Jack on the rocks?!

ETA: WTF is wrong with that damn mongrel?!  Sounds like it wants a foot in its ass-you don't bark in the face of a sleeping baby!

Oh my, BAD DOG!  I honestly thought I was going to die today with my overly needy/whiney kid...but you win!  (sorry for that)

You need a stiff drink stat.

Ugh, both kids skipped their naps today. I feel your pain. Luckily it mention bed by 7:30, which I have to admit and pretty nice! You definitely need a drink now!!
