Breast enhancement/reduction?

Will you ever partake in any kind of breast job?
Which would it be? Enlarge or reduce?

Or... Do you just go with the flow of life and deal with what has been given to you?

I definitely don't need a reduction but with my job (as a fitness professional) I'm kind of anti-enhancement as well. Running and lifting with fake boobs doesn't sound fun to me....however I would not mind a "lift" after the BFing is done. My good friend is a nurse to a plastic surgeon and all her friends get 20% off services. Woo hoo!

I would probably get a reduction. These babies just kill my back. I'm only 24 but feel like i'm 60.

I just go with the flow. Sometimes I say I hate how small they are, but the truth is it seems much easier this way.

after we decide that we are done with having more kids (probably the case after this LO...but it isnt TOTALLY off the table...yet) i really want a boob job  my breasts have gotten so empty after nursing DS and DD and I can only imagine what will be left after this one.  i dont really want to go bigger than i was before being pregnant with DS, just want to fill the girls back out

Lift.

 I will never do it.  But if it was free, I would definitely do a lift.  I don't need anymore or any less boob, but a lift would be fabulous.

If it was free I'd love a little more.  But it's not so I'll just live with what I got!

If it were free and painless, I would get a reduction.  I would like to be a C or a D.  These things are killing my back and my posture.

Reduction. Once I am done having kids DH & I will have a serious conversation about it. I am not sure I would be able to go through with it but if it would make me more comfortable and could be done for a reasonable cost w/ minimal risk- I just might!

Yes! I had a lift and saline implants before I was married. Best thing I've ever done. They look and feel normal, and I feel fabulous. They are perfect! I went from an A to a C cup. When in done having babies, I'll probably have them refreshed :.

Abso-freakin-lutely lol. I want a lift when I'm done having kids. After over a year of BFing DD the girls lost all their fullness....I can only imagine how they will look after this LO is done BFing.

This is something I've always said I would eventually want since I met DH (over 10 years ago). My BIL is a plastic surgeon, but I'm just not sure that I feel completely comfortable going to him (plus he doesn't even live in my state). Fortunately, there are a million other good options where I live.
