How was your weekend?

Pretty good.  G is working on some pre-molars and is a drooly, whiny mess, so that was fun (not). Sunday I met a friend for lunch all by myself and that was fun.  I love talking to DH, don't get me wrong, but with my work schedule and our busy weekends I rarely have time to just kick back and shoot the sh!t with my friends, so this was a fun opportunity to do that.

Plusalso, we went to CPK and had spinach artichoke dip.  One of nature's perfect foods.

Had a good weekend.  I did my first 10K race yesterday.  Although it was tough, I am very proud of myself for finishing it. 

A has 8 teeth so far 4 on top and 4 on bottom, no molars yet.  I am not looking forward to it.  My not so good sleeper slept for 11hrs both saturday and sunday and today he woke up all congested.  I am guessing he is coming down with something that is why he is sleeping so much.  It would be nice if he slept like this all the time!

Tomorrow morning.  I should have results by the afternoon.  In typical PgAL fashion, I POAS again this morning for the cold comfort that provides.  I am not going to do serial betas this time (I just can't logistically do it with travel, etc.) so hopefully this one will be enough to show we are on the right track (or of course I will end up re-doing all my logistics so that I can do serial betas in a couple different states to account for day trips I have for work over the next week or so).

Congrats on the 10K, D!  That is an awesome accomplishment.  I had just loaded a new Couch to 5k app to my iPhone before I got my BFP...that is definitely on my agenda some day!

Also, on the tooth front, once the few that are starting to poke through come all the way in, G will have 14 teeth.  It looks kind of weird to see that many teeth in a tiny mouth!  I'm hoping he'll be more into solids when he can grind and chew more easily.

WOw D a 10k that's awesome!  I started the couch to 5k app but failed as soon as the snow came!  Our weekend was horrible, but both DH and I had to work.  This is my Friday, WOOT, WOOT! So I am so verry happy to kick this work week in the ass and out the door!

We had a lazy/sick weekend at our house.  E has had norovirus for almost a week now, then gave it to DH on Friday, so our weekend was pretty sh!tty (and vomit-y), pun intended.  We actually took her to the hospital on Saturday, after 5 days of not being able to keep anything in her from either end, and they told us what's been going around has been lasting 7-10 days(!).  Yuck!  This morning I thought E was finally on the upswing, but alas she vomited several more times.    Looking forward to getting over this mess!

Oy. LOL We had a very stressful weekend.  Alice screamed from Friday night until Sunday night.  I think it's a mix of teething/pre-teething/whatever, growth spurt, wonder week, finding her voice, whatever.  It was NOT fun.  I actually had my first full on mommy meltdown saturday night.  Complete with me rocking back and forth on the living room floor with her repeating "I just don't know how to fix it!"  and ugly crying.  It wasn't pretty.  Sunday was slightly better.  Today she's in a fabulous mood with lots of smiles.  And lots of naps.  I'm a fan.

I've actually been somewhat productive today!  rearranged some things to make more room for me to be able to exercise  in our "multi purpose room."  (Part Alice's room, part exercise room, part computer room.)  Painted a toy box, too!

The weekend was pretty boring. We ran some errands before and after her nap. Bought her some sleepwear and food.

I stopped BF'ing this morning to start completely weaning. I'm going to give it a few days and then stop the night one. I am a little sad but at this point, I am just a human pacifier.

I'm just going to live vicariously through you ladies.
