UM slightly freaking out!

I am a FTM, and I just leaked a ton of clear, non smelling, watery-ish fluid. I am 35 weeks, and I have not had a lot of discharge through my whole pregnancy. every so often I will have a some that is about as much as you would at peak ovulation. This amount was WAY more than that (like double that)! I had quite a few braxton contractions yesterday, nothing that hurt though. I have been told that a day or so before you start going into labor that you leak fluid! is that true? and should I be packing, and waiting for contractions or water breaking? or no worries its normal?

It sounds like it could have been your water breaking. To be sure, I would lay down for about 15 minutes. If you are still leaking when you get up and walk around, then I would call your OB. Although, if you want to play it safe, you can always call your OB now and see what he/she says.

It could have been your water... no one here is going to be able to tell you for sure. Call your doctor, or head to L&D to get checked. The longer you wait, the longer you risk infection if it was, in fact, your water. 

I never leaked any fluid prior to my water breaking/labor starting and I have never heard that OWT.

Not necessarily correct.... my water didn't smell like anything. It literally had no smell whatsoever.
