    I only added a quarter teaspoon per 4oz bottle.

    1 tablespoon per four ounces of formula.

    i do a couple tsp or a tablespoon in a 4 ounce bottle, and just about a tbs in a 6 ounce one. been upping this to this point slowly since starting 2 weeks ago.
