your turn? Vent

since im up all night with faye durong the week, we decided friday/ saturday nights he would do midnight party time with baby..   3 am comes and he decides to  go to sleep.  i feed baby and follow.  Baby wakes up at 4:30  and he doesnt move..  I under stand you didnt sleep during the day,  when she was, and that I did take a nap during the day..  But that was 1. You sleep when she sleeps if possible (Easier said then done, but he didnt even try) and 2.  I have barely slept all week, that extended nap was to make up for that..  

Others  probably have it worse then me, so i'm sorry for b!tching, im just annoyed.. I do everything in my power to let you sleep during the week so you can go to work and i cant get 1  night off?  I hope this trend doesnt continue..  Saving grace this week:  Grammie (my mom) is coming until wednesday morning and shes going to want  all the snuggles she can get so ill be able to  get extra sleep this week..

Sorry. Thankfully my husband is home with me still and takes most nights. I get up to pump but he feeds and changes. When he goes back to work I would hope he would take the weekend. Hopefully your husband straightens out soon. You deserve a break.

I don't even try to wake DH anymore I have just come to realize its up to me to feed her and get up in the middle of the night. No breaks for me but DH does take DS on the weekends so I can get a few more hours sleep with DD which is nice.

This. When DH is home from work, he will watch LO so I can nap, but night time is all mine.
