  • I actually have found that my tastes have changed over time. We used to eat a lot of processed food with a lot of extra salt or sugar and other additives in it, so plain things like unsweetened oats or raw fruits or plain steamed veggies tasted blah to me. I had to go cold turkey off of most processed foods when I had GD during my pregnancy and once I was able to get back to eating "normally" the processed stuff tasted too sweet or too salty or too fake to me. I mean I still love ice cream and baked goods and stuff, but my overall taste palette has changed a lot.
