OB/GYN in Sugae Land?

The amazing doctor that got me through my first highrisk pregnancy and PPD has moved. Does anyone have a rec. for their doctor on the Sugar Land side of town?

I highly suggest Dr. Burroughs at Sweetwater OBGYN. Her nurse is WONDERFUL too! I've seen a few of the doctors there just for some quick visits but LOVE her. I've got tons of friends that see her too. Hope that helps!!

Dr. Shelly Leeds-Richter @ OGA on Fannin near Reliant. I know it's not Sugar, but I live in Telfair and drive to her because she is amazing. I've been going to her for almost 10 years. She is very blunt and honest, tells it like it is. No sugar coating. Plus the Women's Hospital is awesome.

Iused Dr Lisa Tsai. She's in First Colony and delivers at both Sugar Land Methodist and Memorial Herman. She was awesome to me and my husband, plus she delivered sister's boys! On a side note, she is oriental, so she has really small hands. Internal exams are not so bad.

It's not Sugar Land, but I drove to the midwives at The Women's Specialists of Houston. I live in Rosenberg and it was worth the drive. I am not sure why you were considered high risk. Sometimes a woman can be high risk for one pregnancy and not the next depending on what it is. The midwives typically deal with low risk women, but b/c I don't know your situation I am mentioning them. I also like Dr. Dryden and Dr. Espana in the same practice, but this is from a doula's perspective and not a birthing mama's perspective. I hear Dr. Burrough's name a lot around town as well as that practice. I haven't met or worked with any of them, but I hear good things.

I saw Dr. Burroughs for my pregnancy 2 yrs ago, but this time I'm seeing Dr. Brian Heaps.  He is WONDERFUL!!!  This is my 5th baby, and he takes the time to explain everything in detail and is always so willing to answer any silly question I have.  The entire practice & staff are amazing!!!
