nail clipping

Just curious what everyone else is doing for nail trimming these days.  I've always used clippers on LO - lifelong dog owner here (and have had some that have HATED having nails trimmed) and that has made me quick with grabbing and trimming - but man I'm clipping her nails a lot, they seem to grow back in two days!

I filed them the first couple of weeks until I realized how fast they grow. Since then I've been clipping them two or three times a week. I wish my nails grew so fast!

Yep they grow so fast! I usually end up clipping his 2-3x a week as well...since he is alway trying to maul my face ha..toe nails never had to clip though, they don't ever grow! ha

 All of this. Also, I find it amazing that A's toenails don't grow. I have clipped her big toes twice since she was born but I have never touched any of the others. I don't understand why her nails grow so fast but not her toenails.

2-3 times a week for us too, else he scratches his face when he's tired. DH plays peek-a-boo to distract LO and I clip.

We do it every other night in the bath tub.  and I clip with cuticle nippers.

that way they are soft, and he is distracted by the water and his toys.

This is us too. I wait till I feel her scratching me when she grabs on. Even then, I often forget about it for another 2 days after that lol. Usually it's every 7-10 days but I have to let her fall asleep on me to do it. She moves too much.

I'm clipping a lot too.  I didn't realize they grew back so fast. Some times I think I'm not clipping them short enough but I honestly can't cut them shorter than I am for free I'm going to hurt him. No fair most of you don't have to deal with the toe nails too.  His doesn't grow as fast as his fingernails but I still have to cut them ever two weeks or so.
