We give Chloe Kirkland Children's Chewable Multivitamins. I don't think it contains fluoride. We started giving her a multivitamin at Christmas, I wanted to start earlier but I forgot to buy them all the time.
Edit - I forgot to add that my pedi said not to give her the gummy ones because they usually contain sugar and you only absorb 50% (if not less) of the vitamins this way.
Whole Foods has a great selection of vitamins (go figure) for children. They have the kind you can hide in their food, or chewables, etc. DH buys DD1's milk fortified with DHA and Omega-whatever, and then we lace the milk with a dropper full of the vitamins, and she doesn't even know the difference. It will stain clear plastic a little yellow (at least the kind we get), so don't use it in anything you actually like. I'm not sure about the flouride. You can get vitamins tailored to your child's age, 2 and under, 2 and older, which I would hope would eliminate flouride from the ingredients of vitamins geared towards younger children. Having said that, my pedi. has always insisted I give DDs tap water since our city florinates the water, and it is good for their little teeth.
We live somewhere that the only options are walmart and a small health food store. I wish we had Whole Foods! There are varying opinions on fluoride, but after research I've decided it does more harm than good...
You could probably order some online from Amazon. $25 and shipping is free. Try the small health food store. They may surpise you. You should check with your local water plant and make sure they don't florinate your water, if you don't want LO drinking it. If they do, you can just give bottled. A lot of cities do it now, and if it is a concern for you, its worth it to ask if yours does. My city didn't growing up and my teeth could have used it
Nature's Plus Animal Parade Gold is what we give our son. It has D3, probiotics, enzymes, and whole foods all in one without sugar (sweetened with Zylitol). I highly recommend it. The only thing it lacks is the omega's, so he gets that too daily.

I do not give my 2 year-old a multivitamin. I do however give her vitamin D3 in the winter 600-800mg, liquid DHA (Nordic naturals for babies) it has a little D3 and vit A in it as well. I also give her 50mg of liquid b12 every other day or even less since she doesn't eat a lot of meat or drink cows milk (she drinks raw goat).
