A few questions

My baby is 15 days old. As a FTM, I have a few questions that would appreciate your comments.

1. I live in Montreal, Canada. The room temperature in my apartment is 81F, which I have no control unless I open the window to lower the temperature. What would you dress your LO? Currently she is wearing a Carter's long sleeve onesie, and I swaddle her with the summer infant swaddle me. Do you think it's appropriate for her? She doesn't seem like to be swaddled too much since she likes to have her hands free from the swaddle me.

 2. Before breastfeeding your LO, do you unswaddle him/her, then check the diaper? Once you finish feeding him/her, do you recheck the diaper again, and swaddle him/her back? Or what's your routine for a feeding session?

 3. Is it normal for a baby this old to sleep for only 8 to 10 hours per day? My LO is awake most of the time. If your LO is awake? What do you do with him/her?

1. If it was 81 degrees here I probably would have LO in short sleeves and a light weight blanket..

2. I change her diaper before every feeding unless I hear her poop while feeding her. 

3. Hmm seems like LO should sleep a bit more, you should maybe look into the E.A.S.Y. method/schedule. When DD is awake I talk to her and sing to her but she is not awake for very long.
