ok just curious if anyone else has had this situation.
OBGYN stated that the reason for 2IF could be a piece of scar tissue acting like a wall in between my ovary and tube. He said an HSG wouldn't pick it up since it's not in or on tube so the dye would flow free out of tube.
RE doesn't think that's the issue but after 'passing' tests now I am wondering.
Cliff notes of past: 2 surgeries in 1 year both through same entrance. Oopharectomy and C-section.
anyone else get diagnosed with this? i know only way to see is a LAP.

Totally unrelated, but can't help my curiosity. Mama, I was just checking out your betas and was curious when you have your ultrasound. I'm totally being nosy and wondering how many you have on board!

I had two hysteroscopies for polyp removals and my RE didn't notice it until he was looking for it and saw it in the u/s. Also it is a new study so not sure if all RE are aware or believe it.

***TICKER WARNING***
I used to be on here a while back and check it every so often, so I hope you don't mind.
I've had 2 LAPs and each time I had a huge amount of scar tissue. The last one I had right before I got pregnant, both my ovaries were covered in scar tissue and trapped behind my uterus, and the only way my doc could see it was during my surgery. He said every time I ovulated the egg just stuck right to the scar tissue and never even reached the tube. So this is very very possible. I had severe endo, so that's what caused my scar tissue. Hope this helps you.
