Weaning help!

Hello all!,

 My LO is currently 8 months old and I am starting to look at slowly weaning her off breastmilk so that I can return to work.  What I am looking for is all the advice you have to give.  I have no idea how to do this and all the research I have done has conflicting ideas so please help!

    You could pump if you wanted to keep Lo on breastmilk. Otherwise, you want to slowly cut sessions, and mix bm and formula gradually so that Lo gets used to the change.

    Ok so a little back information I should have included.  I am having trouble pumping.  Can only get about 1 oz per pumping session of 20 minutes.  I used to get more but my LO still feeds on demands and quite often during the day.  How do you cut out one feed when your not really on a schedule?

    Keep a log of your feedings for a few days. You may find that a pattern emerges.
