I know this has been asked a million times but my pedi said today at our 4 month visit that I could start adding cereal to a bottle of expressed milk if I want...LO is only 2 months adjusted but doing very well.  Thoughts?

My lo was the same age as your when we started solids.  We started with cereal.  He did really well with it.  I think it depends on the baby but I can't see any harm in trying.  Good Luck with it!

That seems really early to me. We waited until 6 1/2 m actual, almost 4 adjusted. Does your LO show signs of being ready--head control, interest in food, ability to sit with assistance, no tongue reflex?

She's got amazing head control has for some time, can sit up with assistance, always seems to want more food etc
