I am 4 weeks and 1 day and I am not really having any symptoms. I have felt nauseated twice and I have some mild cramping and bloating but I thought that I would feel more pregnant... I took several tests but it still seems so surreal.

I am 4 weeks as well, but with my 3rd. I have a 2 and 3 year old. It's normal to not feel much yet. Give it a couple of weeks and you'll feel a little more prego. I'm hoping I show sooner this time. I didn't even look prego at 7 months with my first. So no worries, the prego feelings will come.

I'm 4 weeks and 5 days. I'm worried about tha,t too. I've had some nausea on a few days and a day of exhaustion but for the most part, I feel totally normal.

Yep. This is my second. I feel nothing so far. And I'm hoping to feel nothing for as long as possible! Pregnancy symptoms are not pleasant. The result is awesome! But the longer you can go without feeling it, honestly, the better!

My symltoms are very similar to yours, ive had a lil gurgling in my stomach, headaches, my ribs are soar, my breasts are bigger, and i seldomly have lower abdomin pain, gas, and just got done having a sinus infection. I had 2 days where i was really nausious but i never got sick.... what should i do?

I also found out today that I am 4 weeks 1 day. No major symptoms may way either. Just sore breasts and bloated. I took 4 tests today lol. It will probably feel real when I go confirm it with my doctor

I am just over 4 weeks and I have few symptoms too. So far, just some annoying heartburn/acid reflux, fatigue, bloating, constipation, a few headaches, slightly sore breasts, and occasional cramping. I feel like my symptoms are less each day, which is a little unsettling. But that may be because my HCG levels are still pretty low (only 66). At this point, I welcome morning sickness if for no other reason than to be sure that I am still pregnant.

First time mom here...nervous and anxious.  We confirmed with the Dr. today, we ARE pregnant.  4 weeks and 2 days.  Not many symptoms yet, but really eager to meet with the OB to get more info and feel like it is truly real.

Hi!! I'm 4 weeks and 3 days. I found out two days ago, but suspected a while ago. I feel perfectly jormal right now, but a couple weeks ago, during my ovulation week around the time I concieved I had fatigue, sore nipples and one night of nausea. It lasted for about a week then went away. Right now all I am experiencing is frequent urination. I'm headed to the potty every 30minutesit seems like! Congrats to you!

The only symptom is that i'm peeing more often  than normal. other than that i'm symptom free. it's kind of nerve wracking.

I'm not feeling very pregnant either. I know its early (4 weeks 4 days) but all I have is larger boobs and gas. I am peeing more, but I'm trying to drink a lot more, so that just feels natural.

I am 4w3d and have only a few symptoms so far.
Gas, boobs seem bigger, nipples tender, nauseous feeling off and on, peeing a lot more (but this could also be contributed to drinking more water too) and really that is about it.

I am 4 weeks, 4 days pregnant (baby #2, though baby #1 is now 6 years old!).  I got my first BFP a week ago today.  My boobs (especially nipples) have been sore for the past week and a half or so, been peeing a lot more (could be the additional water I've been drinking), have a nearly constant mild headache and I've had very mild cramping all week.  I was REALLY hungry last week, but I'm not sure if that had anything to do with my pregnancy. 

I keep thinking I don't really feel very pregnant, either.  I am really welcoming some morning sickness!  I know it's a good sign that things are going well and I am kind of paranoid about having a MC.  Plus I won't have to worry so much about over eating, lol. It has been really hard this past week!
