Childcare in Lorton or Alexandria area
Hi Everyone!
I am just starting my 26 week today and going on that ever scary and stressful hunt for childcare once the baby is born. This is my first baby, so I am especially nervous about doing the right thing here. As much as I would love to stay home, it is simply not an option for me like so many of us. Also, all of my family is in Texas so recruiting grandma isn't an option either in this case 
I have two questions...
1. For those of you have been down this road before would you recommend an at home childcare or an actual daycare facility for an infant?
2. Is there somewhere in the Lorton or Old Town Alexandria area that anyone can recommend would be a good place for chilcare? I live in Lorton and work in Old Town... so either would work for me.
