Why so bright?

Has anyone else suffered light induced headaches? I swear my office is the brightest place ever (well atleast it has seemed that way since last Friday). Suggestions to help me at work? At home I just cover my eyes and lie down.

Have you cut back your caffeine intake?  I did while we were just TTC and got the worst migraines (light and sound made it worse) for 2 straight days!   

For that reason I'm sticking with decaf almost all the time b/c I can't believe how my body reacting when I cut out my normal 2 cups a day.  I don't want to have those headaches ever again.

I have this problem also but before I was pregnant. I hate florescent lights! Sometimes I would just wear my sunglasses inside. Thats the only thing I could think of. GL

I completely cut out my caffine intake. I was a huge redbull/Dr. pepper drinker and when I went in for my IVF transplant I cut them both cold turkey. I have not had any caffine since. I drank so much Dr. Pepper with my first pregancy.....and was trying to be alittle healthier with this one. But Im not sure the headaches are worth cutting it out completely. And I have thought about sunglasses at work!
