First u/s today... TWINS!!!!

Oh my gosh!!! We just found out we are having twins!!!! What an incredible day today is!! We went in for our first ultrasound this morning. The tech asked how I've been feeling. I told her minor symptoms but no throwing up. She said "that is really great... Most woman who have twins don't feel so good in their first trimester." We were like "are you serious!!!!" She then introduced us to baby A and baby B. both measure about 8 weeks 2 days, are about 2mm in size, 160 heart beat. And, we saw baby A wiggling!!!! I was in tears. It was beautiful. We are shocked, but feel incredibly blessed. Wow.... Anyone else have twins?

 Yay!

Congrats! My sister had twins, one of each...she had them in the same crib, and no matter how she put them to bed, they would always roll towards each other so that their foreheads were touching.

Ours are IVF miracles, so we sort of knew it could be two (or three- we put in three embryos).  We are thrilled.  Hope to share lots of experiences and advice with other twin mom's to be.  I've already signed up for a local twin mom's group to get advice on what I'll need.  I have a 5yo son too. Congrats!

 I'm so excited for you too!! We had no idea, but have joked about it. Good idea at looking into a local twins mom group. I'll do that. Congrats to you too!! Yay!! (This is our first pregnancy).

Since I'm a fraternal twin (and fraternal twins are alllll over my mom's side of the family), I've held my breath all THREE times but it looks like three singleton pregnancies in a row for me.  Congratulations!
