Mn Zoo Or we could also do the Children's museum.  They have a free Sunday on February 17th.

I know there are a few of us Mn moms.

When:

If we chose the Children's museum, I guess I would prefer going on a free Sunday (3rd Sunday each month) because MH would tag along with the older kids. Oliver and Audrey would be extremely jealous not to go there and would cost us 50 bucks to go on a normal day.

If we choose the zoo it closes at 4:00 pm.  If we go on a weekend I may not be able to get off work until noon so we probably have to plan it out in advance so I can take off work, but I'm cool with that.

These Saturdays work for me:

Jan 26th

Feb 2nd, or Superbowl Sunday, I hate football.

( I will be very busy at work between these weeks because of Valentines day.)

Feb17th(Sun)

Feb 23rd

Otherwise we can look at weekdays or March (Farm babies come at the end of March)

Don't you bushes forget me come August!!! I think my DH wants to go up again before August, too.  We'll see...Nora is a nightmare while traveling.  Elmo is my friend in the car.

I vote for the children's museum on the 17th.  We can see zoo babies maybe when the weather gets nice again. 

I am taking off work the 17th because we are leaving that afternoon around 3pm"ish" to take the kids to a water park hotel in Ostego.  I don't know about you but meeting in the morning would work best.  V naps right after lunch.  Violet can be pretty flexible though if she needs to be.  The Museum opens at 9.  Is 9:30 is that too early???  We could  later too.

Whoa!  I'm actually a PNW gal but DH and I will be visiting his grandpa in MN over this weekend and I'm thinking... it's a sign!    If the 17th works for others, I'd definitely be interested in seeing if I'll be close enough to meet up with everyone!

Whoa!  I'm actually a PNW gal but DH and I will be visiting his grandpa in MN over this weekend and I'm thinking... it's a sign!    If the 17th works for others, I'd definitely be interested in seeing if I'll be close enough to meet up with everyone!

Izzy and I are going to be in Minnesota from Feb 1st to Sep 1st while DH is deployed. If the meet up is Feb 17 I will have to catch the next one. We have to go all the way up North for my cousins surprise party. I would blow it off, but it is under my Grandma's request I be there.

Where my Grandparents live is very close to the Canadian border.

Is that closer to the NY border?  I don't know Canada very well, but I'm sure you're several hours away from this part of the states.  I do have one Candian friend IRL, and she's from Ancaster, I believe.

Boo for your DH being deployed but YAY for being in MN!  We must do something while you're here!  We could save the Children's Museum for another time and try for a date/location that works for everyone -or- we can do a couple GTGs around that time. 

I am all about getting together.  Hope it will work out over the 8 months we are up here.

Yeah, we usually cross at the 1000 islands. Yes, that is where the dressing is from. So NY is right. It is 1500km to St Paul from here. And prekids I would have totally rocked that.
