Rash after csection

I had a c-section almost 3 weeks ago and now my body is covered in a rash.  It started with my stretch marks and moved to my legs and now it is everywhere but my face, hands, and feet.  The itching it unbearable, has anyone been through this?  I have read it may be PUPPS but not certain, did anything help or make it go away?  I am breast feeding so that limits my treatment options.  Thanks!

I did get a rash on my stretch marks before I had LO and after my c-section they got bad again. I don't know if it was because with everything my body was dehydrated, but they eventually went away. I just kept them hydrated with lotion all day.

I got one from the belly support band they gave me for recovery and the iodine from c section.  Eventually went away

I had hives from the pain meds and a rash all over my trunk from allergens in the blood I received.  The rash only itched a little and was just obnoxious. It took a couple of weeks for it to go away.

I don't know if you've been to the doctor yet, but that definitely sounds like postpartum pupps.  I have the same problem.  My OB referred me to a dermatologist, who has me taking Claritin in the morning, applying Vanos cream twice a day, and taking a prescription pill at night.  I just started 3 days ago, but the rash is clearing up and the itching isn't quite so bad anymore.
