What did you do last night?

I watched Alabama roll to another National Championship victory!  It was like Christmas all over again. 

I also taught my daughter to put her hand over her heart during the national anthem, and almost broke into tears when she started singing along with it (to the best of her ability - her version is mostly about stars .

It was a good night.

It's a documentary about a guy who lives solely off of Craigslist for 31 days. He gets his meals, shelter, transportation, etc. only through Craigslist. It was very fascinating and surprisingly heartwarming.

I went to Sam's Club with my BIL. We are each other's first brother- so we started beating each other with pillows, sat in all the furniture, crop dusted each other (aka passing gas while moving past the person), checked out all the snack foods and trays, and general brotherly shenanigans. It's pretty awesome having a brother- we both grew up with 2 sisters. 

Then we watched the NCG. And I laid on the couch with Evelyn for awhile after everyone left. It was awesome.

Went to the bottle shop and got some new beers.  Came home and drank some of them.  I didn't watch the game, but I did win lunch at a wings place from my brother.  He took Notre Dame +9.5... oops

I made DH bathe my child for me while I laid on the couch. I started rereading catching fire. After bed time I made DH go buy me chips and dip. I ate half a box before and read my book and then I had a really hot bath. I recovered in bed while bumping and eating chocolate. It was a good night

Watched biggest loser then bumped until DS screamed for me at 11. Poor kid was in a puddle of puke. I cleaned that up after taking DS to DHs bed to sleep.

I saw this on Netflix and have been meaning to watch it. Should I?

Yes! I was hoping there'd be more a-holes, but it's good!

That is so cute. I probably would have teared up too.

I made dinner, ate dinner, bathed the boys, put one to bed, put the other to bed, then went to bed. Don't be jealous of my life!!!

Congrats on the nesticle!  Why are you getting rid of your cloth diapers?  Aren't y'all going to TTC sometime in the next year or so?

I nerded out on the 1940 census. I found H's paternal grandparent's family. Got more questions than answers though.

Went to a breakfast diner for dinner for H's birthday. We ended up being the 12th birthday there that night so the poor staff sang all night.

There was also a clown there that made balloon animals and I am just happy DD smiled at him instead of freaking out....because I was a little freaked out.

Its not Bama's fault they were matched against a overhyped team that stood no chance against them? Just Michigan didn't at the beginning of the season.

You know- as a fan of a an SEC team, screw the whole "SEC dominance" argument. Alabama being awesome doesn't help Tennessee one bit. Buck Fama and I was really hoping for ND to be who the media and ESPN played them up to be.  

I wanted to throw up at my fellow Vol Fans hollering Roll Tide last night trying to ride the coat tails of their success.

Ashley, I didn't CD so that was a lot of garbledegook nonsense to me.    But, it makes sense.  We didn't get rid of ANYTHING with DD bc I knew we would be trying for #2, just in case we had another girl.  I was hellbent to not buy anything twice.

And RTV, tell me how you really feel about Alabama.  Wow.

I admit, it probably was a boring game for everyone else.  But I loved every second.  I'm so proud of my team!  Roll Tide!!!
