NBR: Interview Questions- Weakness

I'm trying to prep for an interview and there is a good chance I will be asked the common "What are your strengths & weaknesses?" question.

 What is a good response to the weakness part? I don't want to say a "real" weakness that will not get me hired.

Give an example of something that USED to be a weakness and tell how you've been striving to improve.

For example:

Graphics programs were never my strength but Photoshop is a must in my current position. I enrolled in a class at the local community college to learn the basics and have been improving my skills.

What is the job?

It's a financial analysis type position.

I've always gone with the weakness that is actually a strength approach.  For example, being a perfectionist.  It can drive you crazy and make you a bit slower, but it's actually a bonus to an employer to know that you won't turn out something that is second rate.
