Is anyone here an avid exerciser? I've googled and searched the web and searched the boards and asked my RE and I seem to get a lot of different answers depending who i ask. I work out 4-5 days a week - Running and exercise classes that are pretty high energy and high impact such as kickboxing (actually that one is fairly low impact), Cardio Bootcamp, etc. My dr said once I satrt Clomid, i should prob stick to low impact exercises since it's stimulating my ovaries to produce - he mentioned walking, elliptical, etc. I'm thinking I should probably skip some of the classes I take where we do intervals that really get my heart rate up too...What do you all think and what have you been told in the past?

Thanks! Were you teaching high impact when on Clomid and the cycle it worked?
Yes, I only started low impact once I became pregnant. I taught high impact for all three months I took clomid.
