My DH and I ordered our nursery furniture last week.  I got a little nesty this weekend and wanted to start thinking of how we would arrange the room...only to discover that the pieces may not all fit.  Then I looked at my registry to see if I still liked my decision and about a dozen items had been discontinued and I can't find them anywhere.  Then today I was thinking about calling this daycare provider who was suggested to me and has openings for infants, to schedule an interview.  Then I found out she isn't doing daycare anymore because her boyfriend just went to jail because he had a meth lab in her basement and all the kids need to be tested for meth.  AWESOME!  This baby better not even think about coming early because we are sooo not ready!  Sorry for the vent.

That is scary! Thank goodness you found out about that babysitter when you did. I would freak out if my child was going there!

Wow, that is A LOT to deal with all at once! But at least you found out early about the daycare, and I'm sure the nursery furniture will work out.

Thank God this happened before you enrolled your child in her care.
