First day back to work

Today is my first day back in the office.  It was so hard to leave DS this morning, especially considering he was sleeping so peacefully.

I just found out last Thurs that I had to come back full time, all along my bosses had said I could work from home and reduce my hours.  I kept trying to get them to commit to a schedule and finally on Thursday they call me and tell me I have to come back full time, no working from home, because they "want me here".  Kind of annoying considering I sit back in a corner and no one talks to me, and they arent even in for the next week or two!

I hope your first day back goes well. So frustrating that you couldn't keep the schedule that you previously worked out.

Thanks guys! So far it's going ok. Helps that he's doing really well at the sitter. She loves him and says he's such a good boy. Which i knew already!

ive also been getting some huge smiles when I pick him up!!
