Who's excited for the National Championship game tonight? I am barely able to pay attention to my work, I'm so excited. I'm a Bama fan, but I think it's going to be a great game and a really fun matchup to watch. I hope so, anyway.
Anyone else planning to watch?
Who are you cheering for? I promise to do my best not to hold grudges.

That's a great idea! Nachos sound like the perfect dinner. I hate that it's on a Monday night. We would be having a big party for it if it were on the weekend. I don't understand why it can't get the Superbowl treatment.
ETA: rooting for Alabama
ETA 2: I'm supposed to hate nick Saban, but I'm still rooting for Bama
The BWW Bowl game was probably my fav bowl game this year. That was such a good game MST vs TCU.
I just can't pull for Bama. I am usually pro-SEC but I hate Bama so much I hope they lose. ND is not in a conference so if they win- it doesn't hurt the SEC because no other conference gets the title either. If it was a Big 10, 12 or PAC-12 school- then yes, I would suck it up and pull for Bama.
But, I just can't. Bama and all its bandwagon fans will be disappointed tonight, I hope. I want to see Bama tears flow tonight.

I've had many college football coaches I've disliked too, but mostly because they looked so weasely and had no class (Tommy Tubberville, I'm looking at you) or because they make no freaking sense (::cough:: Les Miles ::cough::).
I hope so too! I always had a soft spot for ND, mostly because of the movie Rudy (ya know, Sean Astin is a Goonie
. I think it's a really fun match up!

I hate him purely because he has one of the Vols rival teams winning. That is pretty much it.

My dad is an Alabama native and his whole side of the fam still lives there so there is a little in my blood.

Actually, it's the other way around.
And I'm not sure what the Sooners or Texas A&M have to do with this discussion, since neither are playing tonight. But, ok.
My hubby is a huge ND fan, he's actually going to the game tonight. DD and I will watch the game at home while looking for daddy on TV!

That's cool! I have a ton of friends there. One of my friends works for UA so he and his family got to fly down with the team. He even went to the Gala last night! OMG, I'm so jealous.
I've told H that we have to go to a national championship game before we die. It's officially on my bucket list.
I just hope Bama is still this good in 20-25 years when the kids will be out of the house and we can afford it. 
This. I'm more of an NFL girl, but most of the Bowl games have been blowouts, and I just want to watch an interesting game. I'm not a huge fan of ND, though, since they stole Brian Kelly from my alma mater, Cincinnati. I also am not a huge fan of Alabama, so there's that.
We are huge ND fans and I am SO excited for the game tonight!!! We are going to watch with some friends and I'm going to let my kids stay up way too late. It's important that they understand the awesomness of tonight.

I won't be watching the national title game for the second year in a row. I can't bear to watch either of these teams win. Tired of the SEC and I've never like ND. It helps that Comcast cut off my access to ESPN online so I would really have to out effort into it if i wanted to watch. That's not happening.
I won't let this come between us. If I can still find it in my heart to love my Auburn friends, you don't need to worry. I still love you.

I am with you. But think of it this way.. ND is not in a conference. So if ND wins, the SEC doesn't lost to another conference. So SEC is still the best conference.
