Who turned on the water works?

For the most part, I consider myself extremely lucky because I didn't ever have m/s (knock on wood), and I've felt pretty good throughout this pregnancy.  But in the last week or so, I've felt like an emotional wreck for absolutely NO reason.  Yesterday, I was having trouble getting comfortable at bed time and I randomly bursted into tears.  DH immediately got worried and thought something was really wrong and I had trouble explaining that I was fine and just crying uncontrollably for no real reason.  I'm sure all of this is hormone related but I was really hoping to escape from being "that crazy emotional pregnant lady."  Anyone else in the same boat?

I literally just had this conversation with my mother last night. Some days I just want to burst out crying! For NO reason at all as well (yesterday was one of those days for me). Gotta love those hormones.

Yep. I'm not an emotional person, but this entire pregnancy I've been one big hormonal mess. My poor DH has to put up with a lot. I've got upset with him for no reason, I messed up breakfast one morning and burst into random tears, random tears can happen for any number of reasons lately. It's terrible.

I've been fine for the whole pregnancy except for a break down in a grocery store about a month ago. I couldn't reach DH's cereal.. It was on the top shelf and I couldn't find anyone to help me. Then I couldn't find the raisins and started crying. DH had to come to the store to calm me down, show me where the raisins were and get the box of cereal. It was so stupid.

Oh yes, I hit the wall of emotions about 28 weeks. Now I seem to alternate between getting ticked off very easily or just crying over every little thing! Just yesterday while watching TV with my SO I started crying, and had no idea why! Then I started crying harder because I couldn't figure out why I was crying haha! These emotions are too much sometimes!

Haha! This was me but only with a glass ornament.  I cried and stomped off like a 2 year old.  My husband and I later laughed about it.

I've been crying at EVERY single mention of something that was significant to me as a kid - starting with a particular book that we saw at a bookstore, escalating to a particular ornament on the tree, etc.  Even as I am bursting into tears I know that this is hormonally driven, but I still feel BSC (bat *** crazy, as we call it in my house).  Hang in there - this, too, shall pass!
