OP, how about not inciting people to act like children? If a poster, who is already anonymous, feels the need to create an alter so others won't come to "hate" her anonymous e-personality, that poster really needs to grow up.
If you have an annoyance with a person or the board, say it directly and tactfully if it's important enough to you that it be said. Respect that others might not like it or agree. Otherwise, I'd opt against being an even more gutless child and keep your internet mouth shut.
