Is your pelvic floor sore still from time to time? My lady parts will ache if I'm too physically active or if I wear him. I wore hunter at Disney yesterday and the pain woke me up last night and I'm sore. I can only imagine how bad it would be if he was a vaginal deliver as he was 9lb. I could barely deliver Caleb at 7lb8oz and needed a vacuum

I definitely have pelvic floor pain. It is even worse during AF. I delivered vaginally but I have also had issue with pain down there before childbirth so I am not surprised.

Fortunately, I've had no issues resulting from it. I used to work 12 hr shifts and now only work 5 hr shifts, so that might have something to do with it, too.

mine is pretty much all gone, but i do notice it comes back a little from time to time if i am wearing DD, or, if i sleep on my side on a firm mattress (for whatever reason). if i also work myself too hard, i'll feel it too. but overall, it's completely gone (thank goodness. i was completely immobile for practically half my pregnancy. ugh.)

Had it pretty bad with Owen... his birth was hard and that pain never really went away.

Had it awful with Lily... her birth was easy and now I feel "put back together" again and it feels like before I had kids.  

The lesson here?  Have another baby!
