Not sure if I should be on here but I have a health question that when I ask anyone close to me they say, "well, I wish I had that problem" and obviously that doesn't help!
Anywho, my question is how do I HEALTHILY gain weight. I'm 5'6" and 115lbs and I want to add 10lbs. I've slowly been able to gain ten pounds since my first MC in February, so I'm certain I have a quick metabolism. Any/All suggestions are welcome.
Thanks.
Re: Don't give me crap, please!!
Keeping track of your eating habits can be an eye opener. I had no idea that I wasn't eating nearly enough to keep weight on. Sparkpeople.com is a great free website that has a good charting area. It's really calories in vs. calories out, so tracking it may be key for you.
Also, you may want to take a look at the book Fertility Cycles & Nutrition by Marilyn Shannon.
