I am going through a Malbec phase. Whites are my drink of choice during warmer weather.

I really like Malbecs.  Right now my red of choice is a Shiraz/Syrah.  Dry, but Jammy up front.  

I normally only like whites in the summer, but I just LOVE them right now.  Bigger bolder whites.  Yum.

It's nice because we get a white and a red each month and they are all very different.  And they send us descriptions and recipes to go along with them.

Coconut oil is the new Apple Cider Vinegar.

But before I knew how great it was for humans, I would always feed it to my dog and she loved it.  So now when I use it as a moisturizer on my body, she tends to lick it off of me.

Make sure you get the New Zealand, Marlborough Valley Sauv Blancs.  They will have a twist off cap.
