Flu :(

Confirmed via nasal swipe. And we all were vaccinated too!

Dr has prescribed tamaflu. Hopefully LO won't fight us too much about taking it.

    When we went to get our flu shots, the doctor told us that next year we should get them earlier. The virus apparently showed up earlier this year than in previous years and it's a more aggressive strain. Fortunately, none of us have gotten even so much as a cold (yet) so I am really hoping that we can keep that going.

    DH and I got them in Oct and LO got them on his 6 month appointment (earliest babies can get it). :(

    I was told it was basically a waste to get the shot this year since it was strain a and strain b is more prevalent this year.

    If you bf your lo should be fine.

    I do BF. Still didn't help. And LO has type B.

    So sorry. The flu sucks big time. We all had it over Christmas and we all had the shot here too. Take care, snuggle up! Hopefully lo will want to cuddle and sleep
