Distended Tummies

Hi all I'm a little nervous right now and am hoping for some good stories.

Last week we had a routine untrasound checking fluid levels and cevical length.  When they measured their tummies they were slightly distended.  The doctor was not too worried she said thet have have just eaten and she even had to double check the chart to see where they fell.  But she definetly acted concerned.  

Anyone experience this?
