Do any of you have A toddler that screams? I have twins and when something doesn't go her way she screams , she screams at sharing. Etc.. how do I get her to stop, it is so loud and gives me a headache.

What do you currently do when she screams? Does her sibling start screaming, too?
I just ignore it. The more I react the louder and worse it gets.
She's a toddler. It's what they do unfortunately.
If she's screaming for an item I can see and pointing, I'll give her the words to say. She only half gets it and obviously can't say them but the change in my tone at least distracts her enough to stop the screaming.
^ what PP said. I'd ignore/re-phrase/speak in the tone I want to hear. You can also try putting your hands on her shoulders - the gentle pressure can be comforting/calming.
We let him let out his screams and tantrums often by picking him up and sitting him down in the middle of the room he will usually sit there and deeply breath or screen so more but it removes him from his problem and helps him deal. Sometimes now he just goes and finds a quite place to let it out.
Yes if he's hungry etc we offer food but sometimes he's frustrated and doesn't take it.
So in short we remove and sit him in a quite area but I agree itgets loud sometimes
