I am also seeing Dr. Russell and his team.  So far I am pretty happy.  It's just a bit overwhelming but we are plugging through.  Not sure what our plan of attack will be next cycle.

thats great!  I've found that they push you along as quickly as possible because they want you to get pregnant, but they're also very responsive when you say I need a break.
